Getting your dog used to his new home is a fun and gradual experience. If your dog is a bit timid and hesitant to enter the house you should never try and force him to enter. If you do that he will associate the house with negativity and will be even more reluctant to enter the house in the future. What you want to do is associate the dog house with positivity instead. Simply put a treat or your pet's favorite toy or blanket in the house and let him enter at his own will. Soon your dog will make the house his new home.
